What is Purefect Balance?
Purefect Balance is a women-owned, family-run wellness line handcrafted in Mt. Shasta, California. Born from real life and real healing, each tea, cream, spray, and incense is formulated with intentionally sourced ingredients — made with care, from start to finish.
Where are your products made?
Every product is handcrafted in small batches in Mt. Shasta, California, and intuitively guided by our founder, Heather Taylor.
Are your ingredients organic?
Most of our ingredients are organic, and all are intentionally sourced — chosen for both quality and purpose.
How do I use your products?
Usage instructions are listed on each individual product page. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to email us hello@purefectbalance.love — we're always happy to help.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges or in-store credit (subject to prior approval). Your satisfaction matters to us — if you ever have a concern with one of our products, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at hello@purefectbalance.love with your order details and a quick note on what's going on. Exchanges are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States via UPS or USPS. If you're local to Mt. Shasta, you're also welcome to choose in-store pickup at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@purefectbalance.love. We're not able to guarantee a correction once an order has shipped, so the sooner you contact us, the better.
